About Us

Driven by a passion for encouraging creativity and sustainability as a means of achieving a high quality of life in rural Australia, Cicero brings a unique selection of products, workshops, classes and ideas to the Central West via its homebase at The Macquarie Theatre, 36-42 Swift Street, Wellington, NSW.

Our carefully selected range of children's products includes arts and crafts materials, science based and educational toys and games, books and handcrafted gifts and home wares.  Each piece has been handpicked to fulfill a role in adding to the quality of life of the recipient.

The Cicero store shares its home at The Macquarie Theatre with The Papillon Collection, a series of artworks by local and regional artists, donated to a community collection in memory of the late Katie Barton, a prominent co-conspirator in the believe that creativity and sustainability fosters strong rural communities.

The Macquarie Theatre is currently undergoing major refurbishment.  Once completed the Theatre will play host to four commercial spaces, two boutique serviced apartments, a gallery space, a state of the art meeting room, dedicated children's play and adventure area, retail space and an extensive area for workshops and training.
