RETURNS POLICY: Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make wrong decisions. If an item is damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately via phoebe@cicerodesign.com or 0409 311 893 All goods purchased from the Cicero website may be exchanged for a store credit or a refund with proof of purchase where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to do. This is provided that the goods are returned within two weeks of purchase, have not been used and are in their original packaging. Exchanges will be accepted via post and postage will be refunded only if the item has been returned within the two week period. If you are returning an item after the two week period the postage cost will be at the expense of the customer.

Refunds will be accepted for goods not as described or for other reasonable requests such as the garment size not matching the advertised size. For all refunds, please contact us via email phoebe@cicerodesign.com.au and state reasons for refund request. If a refund cannot be offered, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead. We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. Cicero will refund either to your Paypal account or direct deposit. Refunds will not be accepted because garments were discounted since initial purchase. Refunds for Preadored garments will be determined on original description (i.e. if an item did state it had a stain and refund is requested due to item condition, then this is not deemed a reasonable reason for refund). All garments returned for refund must have original tag and copy of the invoice for customer reference.

Items purchased on sale at special promotional sale times cannot be returned or exchanged.
